Their website is very clear and professional, with rates clearly outlined, and it was easy to get in touch via WhatsApp. Jason arrived, assessed the plumbing issue, popped out to get the part needed, and fixed it during the same visit. He also asked if I had any questions and sent the invoice by email, which was very convenient. I’d definitely use them again.

I contacted villa to connect my dishwasher. After installation, the dishwasher wouldn’t drain properly because the hose was installed incorrectly. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and then discover obvious mistakes.

You should be more polite on the phone.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They came to fix a blocked toilet and charged £380 this was on a Sunday and an emergency so had to pay it to get it fixed. After speaking to other plumbers they said we payed way too much! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Avoid at all costs!!
